The tray is what sold me, honestly, because cleanup used to mean crawling under the couch for stray blocks every night. They smell faintly of real wood and the natural colors look nice on the shelf instead of screaming plastic.

My toddler has been stacking these for weeks and the soft, rounded edges mean I don't have to hover every second. The colours are muted and natural instead of that plastic neon look, and they wipe clean easily after sticky fingers.

The natural wood smell hit me as soon as I opened the tray, way nicer than the painted blocks we had before. My 3-year-old stacks the rainbow pieces for almost an hour, and the little tray keeps them from ending up under the couch.
